The legal name of our organization is CAM Research Institute, Inc. We are incorporated in California as a Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation for scientific and educational purposes. We are registered with the state Office of the Attorney General as a charitable organization. We have been granted tax-exempt status by the federal government under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, and are classified as a private operating foundation under section 4942(j)(3). As such, donations to our organization are eligible for deduction from individual income taxes. Consult your tax advisor for additional information.
