Michael Marcus graduated from Johns Hopkins University as a Phi Beta Kappa. He fully intended to study psychology at Clark University and become a professor until he got hooked on commodities trading. Despite a precocious start in finance that served as a terrific learning experience, Michael learned to use to his knowledge of psychology and herd mentality to achieve great success. While managing an institutional trading account, Michael was able to multiply his initial small stake over 2,500 fold in a ten year period. This was followed by similar success when Michael formed his own trading firm. He has achieved notoriety as one of the best traders of all time and was profiled in a book named Market Wizards. Unfortunately, Michael injured his back after a fall almost 10 years ago. Consultations with traditional medical physicians were unsatisfying and Michael began to explore complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) to regain his health. After experiencing considerable relief from treatment with IVSAATT and Prolotherapy, Michael committed to make these and other CAM treatments better known through research.
